Movement exercises – Exercises incorporating forms of Dahn Yoga, Kundulini Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Tai Chi and Chi Gong with breathwork to release energy blockages, increase circulation, accelerate detox and improve the digestive and immune system response. The exercises are designed to help assimilate and break down food easier and avoid feeling bloated and gassy. You will feel increased energy and strength. The exercises should also help with bowel regulation.
