Fibromyalgia & CFS
Are you tired of feeling tired and being in so much pain?

Fibromyalgia, often accompanied with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), can be very disabling and affects millions of people worldwide. Fibromyalgia is a disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain accompanied by fatigue, sleep, memory and mood issues. Researchers believe that Fibromyalgia heightens painful sensations since it affects the way your brain processes pain signals. Recently in the news, new drugs have come out to address these issues but they have their limitations and many sufferers do not enjoy the many side effects that prescription drugs carry.
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) is a disorder characterized by extreme fatigue that can't be explained by any underlying medical condition. The fatigue may worsen with physical or mental activity, but doesn't improve with rest (as defined by Mayo Clinic).
People with CFS and Fibromyalgia usually have difficulty dealing with stress, tend to be sensitive to certain foods, sleep poorly, have low energy and tend to have difficulty expressing their emotions constructively. Therefore, they respond well to stress-reduction techniques, gentle stretching/exercise, eating a healthy diet, using techniques that help improve sleep quality and learning ways to maintain a healthy relationship with themselves and others.
I have a great deal of success working with individuals diagnosed with CFS and Fibromyalgia due to my own story in having to manage both conditions. I used to take pain medication due to the widespread pain I was feeling, that left me feeling pretty debilitated at times. Since I incorporated the techniques that I will share with you, I have dramatically shifted the pain in my body. I am presently not taking any prescription medication and have learned how to manage the rare flare ups I get now, pretty well. The reason that my approach is very successful is because I address the whole body. I give you practical guidance that you can incorporate into your daily life. Working together, we cover topics such as:
- how to simplify your life
- how to make quick healthy meals
- how to effectively deal with emotions so they don't get trapped in your body and feed the disorder
- how to sleep more soundly
- how to have more energy throughout the day
- how to reduce and possibly eliminate pain using Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) along with Integrative Hypnosis, EFT and Parts Work
- how to set and accomplish your goals in living your ideal life
You can live a happier, healthier and a more productive life! What are you waiting for?
